today did not go training.
because wake up late.
then after that went to ah ma house la.
very tired lor.
jiu went to sleep.
sleep till 4 or 5 plus.
then play cards.
after that went to chinatown with parent, erjie and gin korkor.
then went back home after that.
now very sian..
throat damn pain.
plus blue black on my knee also very pain.
