Yesterdayishistory, Tomorrowismystery & Todayisapresent.

was staying at home from morning till afternoon then go woodland play basketball with sis and baoyin. i was forcing myself to run about.but actually i still cant run but i dun care... was playing at 512 then went to other side play.because baoyin say very sian so went to other side.was very tired plus i feel my leg was very tight.

then walk to causeway point to change cloths then went home.taking 161 back. reach home was 10.40 plus ba..knee start to pain le!!!hai...think i gonna rest for two days ba..=]
